Benefits will either be paid to you as the policyholder (in which case you are responsible for settling the accounts with the medical practitioner or service provider) or directly to the medical practitioner or service provider, at the discretion of the insurer. Please note that benefits payable directly to the policyholder cannot be paid into a business bank account or into a third party’s bank account.
